 Where's Gordon Ramsey When You Need Him?!

The house was totally gutted, so Andi and Bobby were working with a clean slate to design their kitchen.  With the kitchen just a step down from the living room they are continuing the gray color scheme on the walls but just a shade lighter. A contemporary concrete floor, dark brown cabinets and stainless steel appliances complete the functional aspect of the kitchen.

Bobby made their Kitchen table from old reclaimed barn wood. They found some beautiful old planks in the attic of the home while doing the demolition and he is going to make benches for the table as well.

Although they favor stainless for many of their wish list items they have added some "POPS" of color with their choice of dinnerware and towels. They already have many of their large items , Pots and pans, casseroles and Kitchen Aid mixer, but they could use a personal chef if anyone wants to volunteer !! Don't get us wrong Andi can cook, Pizza, Weenie Winks, Mac and Cheese, and Tacos, but Bobby can't live on those items or they will both need to hit the gym 2 times a day !!!! To help the newlyweds please bring a favorite recipie to the shower (on a 3 x 5 card) so Andi can add it to her collection.

Here, you can see all the work they had to do in order to make the kitchen an actual kitchen! They poured new concrete floors, have replaced the windows and have spent countless hours deciding on what color scheme to go with on the walls, what kind of counter tops, cabinet color, even what kind of plates they want. Its been a long tedious process, but they're looking forward to finally seeing the finished product, and they know it'll all be worth it in the end.
